Calendar of Events

  • March 24th, 2013 - Musket Clinic & Safety Course

    Join the Company (1PM to 4PM) to learn how to maintain and clean your Musket. Safety course will be given right after the Musket clinic.

  • March 27th, 2013 - Powder Party

    You know we need to make a lot of power cartridges, so come and join the fun and help the company build its reserves.

  • April 6th,  2013 - Bedford Pole Capping Parade

    • Join us for the year’s first march in Bedford on April (6th) at 10:30am. Meet at Town Hall at 9:00 am. Pole capping was done by the colonials as an extension of the red flag raising above the liberty tree in Boston. Started by the Sons of Liberty the act expressed their dissatisfaction with the British. Come and raise your caps!

  • April 15th, 2013 - Patriot’s Day

    Start your day right with a march to Concord to roust the British on April 15th. Meet at the Rosamond’s for breakfast and port at 5:00 am (4:15 and 4:30 for the e-board). Then it’s off to the march.

  • April 20th, 2013 - Highway Cleanup Day

    • Come out and help your community.  The Minutemen Company is responsible for Route 111 cleanup from the Boxborough/ Harvard line all the way to the Boxborough / Acton line. The more we are, the faster it is done.

  • May 19th, 2013 - Company Monthly Meeting

    • This is the Company's regularly scheduled monthly meeting, please attend if possible.

  • Monday May 27th, 2013 - Memorial Day Parade

    • Our Annual Memorial Day march from Hill Road, stopping by the North Cemetery, Town Hall and ending at the South Cemetery. Meet at the Boxborough Museum at 7:45 am - Coffee and doughnuts will be provided

  • June 9th, 2013 - Company Monthly Meeting

    • This is the Company's regularly scheduled monthly meeting, please attend if possible.

  • June June 15th 2013 - Fifer's Day Fair

    Fifer's day this year will be on the 15th of June. It is going to be the best Fifer's Day ever!

  • August 22nd to 25th, 2013 - Maine Camping

    • Maine Camping, the ultimate outdoor Minutemen experience is tentatively planned for August 22nd to August 25th 2013.   Where else can you spend a relaxing three days with your family enjoying the picturesque setting of a lakeside campsite with full amenities including a beach, kayaks, row boats, wind surfers, boat rides for the kids on my boat, water skiing for older teenagers and of course Wachusett Ale?  Come and stay for as long or short as you want.

  • September TBD, 2013 - Ladies Night Out - aka Clam Bake

    • Enjoy a lobster, clams, corn, etc. with your special lady (wife that is) on a late summer’s afternoon.  It’s all catered so all you have to do is show up.  Price per person is $35.  Jim Falkner and family will be hosting.

  • October TBD, 2013 - Highway Cleanup Day

    • The Final Highway Cleanup of the year.  We will be meeting at the Boxborough Highway Department at 9:00 AM.  Come out and help your community.  The Minutemen Company is responsible for Route 111 cleanup from the Boxborough/ Harvard line all the way to the Boxborough / Acton line.
